This service includes :

• Chemical and enzymatic treatment of polyacrylamide gel pieces for identification of major protein content.
• MALDI MS and MS/MS analysis, database interrogation and analytical report.

This service can be handled from either SDS-PAGE or bi-dimensional electrophoresis gels, provided either by the user or by the facilty, depending the original samples. Of note, the final results are often much better when the gels are managed by the facility.
