Five seminars dedicated to epitranscriptomics are organized at Biopôle (room 1A10 - 1st floor) from September 16 to 20, 2019. They will be led by internationally renowned researchers and are part of the European COST Epitran network.
Prof. I. MOTORINE (UMR7365 IMoPA and UMS2008 IBSLor) in the framework of the International Master M2 RNAES is organizing a week of lectures dedicated to epitranscriptomics from September 16 to 20, 2019.
On this occasion, five internationally renowned researchers will be present:
- MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019, 10:00 to 12:00: Dr. Clément CARRE (IBS, Paris, FRANCE) will give a seminar entitled: "2'-O-methylation (Nm) modulates RNA silencing and locomotory behavior in Drosophila"
- MONDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2019, 14:00-16:00: Dr. Francesca TUORTO (DKFZ, Heidelberg, GERMANY) will give a seminar entitled: "tRNA modifications and nutritional control of protein translation".
- WEDNESDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2019, 10:30-12:00: Prof. Mark HELM (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, GERMANY) will give a seminar entitled: "Detection and Identification of m1A, m1G and m2.2G based on their RT signatures".
- THURSDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2019, 14:00-16:00: Dr. Stefano MARZI (IBMC, Strasbourg, France) will give a seminar entitled: "RNA modification in pathogenic bacteria S.aureus".
