Cinq séminaires consacrés à l’épitranscriptomique sont organisés au Biopôle (salle 1A10 – 1er étage) du 16 au 20 septembre 2019. Ils seront animés par des chercheurs de renommée internationale et s’inscrivent dans le cadre du réseau européen COST Epitran.

Pr I. MOTORINE (UMR7365 IMoPA et UMS2008 IBSLor) dans le cadre du master international M2 RNAES organise une semaine d’enseignements dédiée à l’épitranscriptomique du 16 au 20 septembre 2019.

A cette occasion, cinq chercheurs de renommée internationale seront présents :

• LUNDI 16 SEPTEMBRE 2019, 10h00-12h00 : Dr. Clément CARRE (IBS, Paris, FRANCE) donnera un séminaire intitulé : « 2’-O-methylation (Nm) modulates RNA silencing and locomotory behavior in Drosophila ».

• LUNDI 16 SEPTEMBRE 2019, 14h00-16h00 : Dr. Francesca TUORTO (DKFZ, Heidelberg, GERMANY) donnera un séminaire intitulé : « tRNA modifications and nutritional control of protein translation ».

• MERCREDI 18 SEPTEMBRE 2019, 10h30-12h00 : Pr. Mark HELM (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, GERMANY) donnera un séminaire intitulé : « Detection and identification of m1A, m1G and m2,2G based on their RT signatures ».

• JEUDI 19 SEPTEMBRE 2019, 14h00-16h00 : Dr. Stefano MARZI (IBMC, Strasbourg, FRANCE) donnera un séminaire intitulé : « RNA modification in pathogenic bacteria S.aureus ».

• VENDREDI 20 SEPTEMBRE 2019, 10h00-12h00 : Pr. Christoph DIETERICH (Institute for Integrative Computational Cardiology, Heidelberg, GERMANY) donnera un séminaire intitulé : « RNA modification detection from Illumina and Nanopore sequencing data ».

Ces conférences, ouvertes à tous, se dérouleront dans la salle de conférences 1A10 (1er étage) du Biopôle de l’Université de Lorraine.
