From November 14 to 18, 2022, the EpiRNA-Seq platform hosted and trained 11 students of the Master 2 International RNAES in the framework of the LUE-Orion TP d'Excellence! A look back on this week of discovering the transcriptome!

Within the framework of the Master 2 International RNAES, the EpiRNA-Seq platform brought its know-how and expertise in the study of the transcriptome. Thus, 11 students came to be trained in transcriptomic analysis starting from human cells in culture.

The week was punctuated by theoretical courses followed directly by their applications in the form of practical work. This was a good way for the students to discover the multiple facets of RNA-Seq and the associated bioinformatics analyses.

This was a very enriching experience, given the interest shown by the students, which also allowed them to better understand research and its different professions.
