We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for workshop 289 on epitranscriptomics, entitled “Unlocking the potential of epitranscriptomics: a workshop at the cutting edge of innovation,” sponsored by INSERM. During this workshop, participants (researchers, technical staff, and doctoral students) will acquire theoretical and practical skills in epitranscriptomics, including fundamental knowledge of RNA modifications, case studies in biological and medical contexts, and cutting-edge techniques such as RNA sequencing (short and long reads) and mass spectrometry.

This workshop will take place in two phases :

1. A theoretical phase in Bordeaux from June 8 to 10, 2026
2. A practical phase in Montpellier (mass spectrometry) and Nancy (sequencing) during the week of June 15, 2026.
