    The proteomics Core Facility assists researchers in protein identification, quantification and chemical modification characterization.

    We are specialized in label-free relative quantifcation and in developping financially affordable analytical methods, in order to promote the use of proteomics tools in all fields of biology. We now also offer the quantification of animo acids, either free or hydrolyzed from proteins. It can now quantify amino acids, either free or after protein hydrolysis.

    We develop specific sample preparation methods, in particular in the field of extracellular matrix biology. 

    The Core Facility is open to the academic and industrial scientific community at the local, national and international level.

    The Core Facility's equipment is not directly accessible to users.

    The Core Facility operates as a service delivery system, with pricing adapted to the type of service and institutional origin of the users and requires compliance to terms and conditions.

    For any request, contact the facility manager with a brief description of your study. The discussion may lead to a proposal for a quotation, which must be validated by the user before carrying out the analyses.
