Fast kinetics
The service offers a wide range of high performance equipments: two stopped-flow applied photophysics SX19 equipped with absorbance and fluorescence detectors; a stopped-flow applied photophysics SX20 equipped with CD and fluorescence detector; a Kin Tek RQF-3 quench-flow device with analysis of the mixture by UHPLC chromatography. This service makes it possible to measure very fast reaction kinetics, a crucial step in the fine understanding of enzymatic mechanisms.
