The UMS2008 Imaging Core Facility is organizing a confocal microscopy training session (units 1, 2 and 3) from 23 April to 26 April 2019.

This training session is designed to acquire the knowledges and abilities necessary to use the SP5 and SP8 confocal (Leica  Microsystems) in an autonomous way.

This training is dedicated to researchers, engineers, biologists, and/or technicians using fluorescence techniques.

Program : The training combines theoretical and practical courses :

• Theoretical (3 modules of 2 hours each): Topics covered: Spectroscopy, fluorescence modalities, and description of instrumentation.
• Pratical (1 hour): This session is designed to validate your acquirements.
  A training certificate is given at the end of the training session.
