Innovation never takes a break. Thanks to the IncuCyte® S3 system, analyze your cells for days, weeks or even months in the stable environment of a culture incubator. To discover this new technology, come and attend a presentation seminar.
The Cytometry core facility is organizing a seminar on the presentation of IncuCyte® S3, a real-time automated live cell imaging system placed inside the incubator, on October 23, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the Brabois-Santé Campus D Building. Room 3 (ground floor).
This system has many features / applications:
- Cell culture and viability;
- Proliferation;
- Cytotoxicity;
- Apoptosis;
- Cell cycle;
- Spheroid analysis;
- Cellular functions and interactions;
- Migration and invasion (wound / wound healing test and chemotaxis);
- Activation of immune cells;
- Cell death mediated by the cells of the immune system (2D or 3D T-cell killing, NK-cell killing, ...);
- Immunohistochemistry;
- Internalisation of antibodies;
- Phagocytosis;
- NETosis.
With the IncuCyte® S3 live cell imaging system, see what your cells do and when they do it. You will be able to obtain more physiologically relevant information about your cells, as well as real-time kinetic data. IncuCyte automatically acquires and analyzes images 24 hours a day, providing an easy-to-understand information-rich analysis.
