Symphony A3
The Symphony A3 is a powerful analytical tool that enables scientists to identify and analyze distinctive phenotypes in heterogeneous populations. It makes full use of advances in instrumentation, fluorochrome development and bio-computering. This analyzer, equipped with 5 lasers with 28 colours parameters is dedicated to complex multiparametric studies.
The most sensitive and rapid system on the market allowing users to search for rare events. The user will be able to configure the instrument using traditional and/or unique wavelengths and powers.
Its specificities:
- The Symphony A3 offers 28 parameters across up to five lasers, enabling the use of new dyes with improved brightness and spillover characteristics. The ability to develop panels for broader phenotyping, more intense interrogation of cellular subsets and improved panels with higher resolution allows researchers to drive deeper scientific insights.
- Forward and Side Scatter Sensitivity: Enables separation of fixed platelets from noise.
- Forward and Side Scatter Resolution: Scatter performance is optimized for resolving lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes.
- Side Scatter Resolution: Enables separation of 0.3-μm beads from noise.
- Microparticles Resolution: Enables separation of 0.1-μm fluorescent beads from noise with a fluorescent threshold.
Equipment acquired thanks to the financing of the European Union with the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER - €241,987.20).
Any new collaborator must first contact the equipment manager using the request form to define the best strategy to adopt for conducting the study.
Any user will agree to accept the terms and conditions.
The analyzer is on free access for all trained and autonomous. It is imperative to book the instrument in advance.
For occasioned user or beginners, help with putting in place and adjusting the experiments protocols is possible.
Training courses adapted for your needs are organized regularly.
