DLS
Dynamic Light Diffusion (DLS) allows to characterize the homogeneity of the solutions (monomodal or multimodal solution), the state of aggregation (mono- and poly-dispersity), the size of the particles (proteins, DNA-RNA, complex) by the estimation of the hydrodynamic radius (Rh), the stability of the macromolecules as a function of the temperature (increase of Rh) managed by the Peltier effect.
