Service overview
This service requires experimental replicates for each group to be considered in the comparative analysis.
The service includes :
- Chemical and enzymatic treatment of polyacrylamide gels or samples in solution and extraction for exhaustive identification of protein constituents.
- Analysis by nanoLC-IM-HRMS and MS/MS according to a programme dedicated to the type of sample.
- Data processing, including quantitative and statistical data.
- Database interrogation.
- Analytical report.
