Isolation and characterization of various compounds by liquid chromatography

Service overview

Liquid chromatography is a non-destructive analytical and / or preparative technique for separation of complex mixture of molecules. It allows the determination of a sample purity, the identification, the separation, the reaction monitoring and the titration of compounds in a mixture, and can be used for example for the characterization of protein variants differing in charges or hydrophobicity.
