NMR

Specifications

The NMR spectrometer is equipped with a 1H, 13C and 15N triple resonance TCI cryoprobe with Z-axis static field gradient and active shielding. The cryoprobe is cooled on the 1H and 13C nuclei, thus allowing a sensitivity gain that can reach a factor of 4 to 8 compared to a conventional probe. It can operate in the temperature range from 0 to + 60 ° C.

This device is suitable for the study of the 3D structure and dynamics of proteins, nucleic acids and protein / ligand interactions (antigen / antibody, enzyme / substrate, etc.), but also for the analysis of biological fluids, synthetic organic molecules, chemical polymers, etc.

The NMR spectrometer is equipped with a Linux PC workstation, with TopSpin 3.2 software.
