Mosquito

Specifications

The Mosquito robot allows the handling of liquids in a range from 10 to 1200 nl using disposable pipetting needles for a perfect preservation of the biological sample and a high reproducibility. Crystallization drops can thus be produced in robotic-type crystallization boxes (96 wells) by minimizing the amount of biological sample required.

This device is perfectly adapted to carry out crystallization tests of biological macromolecules (soluble proteins, protein / protein complexes, protein / RNA, protein / DNA, etc.).
