Celesta Sorp
The Celesta Sorp analyzer is equipped with the High Throughput Sampler (HTS) option. The BD™ High Throughput Sampler (HTS) provides fully automated rapid sample acquisition with minimal sample carryover. This option supports a wide range of research applications.
In the high throughput mode, fast acquisition speed is achieved by synchronizing two high-precision pumps for sample mixing, injection, and probe washing. Standard throughput mode can be selected for acquisition of larger sample volumes.
Key specifications:
- 4 lasers.
- Acquisition time (96-well plate).
- <15 minutes in high throughput (HT) mode, based on 2-second acquisition.
- <44 minutes in standard (STD) mode, based on 10-second acquisition.
Any new collaborator must first contact the equipment manager using the request form to define the best strategy to adopt for conducting the study.
Any user will agree to accept the terms and conditions.
The analyzer is on free access for all trained and autonomous. It is imperative to book the instrument in advance.
For occasioned user or beginners, help with putting in place and adjusting the experiments protocols is possible.
Training courses adapted for your needs are organized regularly.
